1. Download an image by clicking on the screen resolution that matches your system settings. Make a note of the directory/folder to which you save the file.
2. Extract the wallpaper file, which has the extension BMP, from the download file, which has the extension ZIP. To do this, try double-clicking on the ZIP file. If the system asks you which program to use, you need to obtain and install a utility that can do this. Many free programs exist, such as ZipCentral.
3. Save the BMP file to your main Windows® directory/folder, usually C:\Windows for Win95/Win98/WinME   or   C:\WinNT for WinNT.
4. Right-click on your desktop, and select Properties from the menu that appears.
5. Select the Background tab, highlight in the Wallpaper list the name of the image you downloaded, click on Center, and then click OK.
